Across three days, 785 attendees engaged with over 20 curated breakout sessions—including a wildly popular guided meditation—plus four compelling leadership keynotes and immersive networking moments. From custom portraiture and raw black-and-white headshots (over 375 completed), to hand-drawn notes and sketches as graphic treatments, every visual detail reinforced the event’s manifesto: innovation is deeply human.
Evening events bookended the program, with a welcome reception and a vibrant poolside karaoke night. A surprise performance by Kevin Olusola added star power to an already unforgettable gathering. Together, we delivered a seamless, emotionally resonant experience that turned Upstart’s narrative into a living, breathing space.
