Salt led production across the Gym, Studio and Rooftop spaces, managing fabrication, vendor coordination and on-site installation to bring Pinch’s modular spatial identity into physical form. From bold architectural builds to sculptural fabrication elements, Salt ensured every material choice and construction detail could hold up to the demands of a high-traffic, three-week activation, balancing industrial materiality with the elevated finish lululemon’s brand required.
Production scaled from large-format branding installations to full retail build-outs, with tight coordination across trades and vendors to hit an aggressive build schedule. Salt’s on-the-ground execution kept the space structurally sound, camera-ready and fully operational from day one, the infrastructure behind a living lookbook, built to move, perform and hold up under real-time use.
