You agree to bring any claims arising under these Terms of Use exclusively in courts within the State of California, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any action with Salt or its affiliates related to the Website and these Terms of Use. Any such cause of action brought by you must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen.

INVALIDITY OF TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Salt and you regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements Salt might have with you regarding the Website.
